Classic Mojito
Lightly muddle sugar and mint
Add crushed ice
Pour your choice of white rum (or a “twist” rum)
Add lime juice
Top with Soda
Garnish – fresh mint sprig / clean cut limes
50ml Havana Club Anejo 3 year white rum
25ml lime juice
2 tbsp of sugar
3 lime wedges
Aprox 12 Mint Leaves
crushed ice
Topped with soda
Notes:
– Add botanical twist with Havana Club Verde Rum with basil and lemon
– Great way to use the “dodgy cut limes”
Raspberry Mojito
Lightly muddle sugar, mint, lime, and raspberries
Add crushed ice
Pour your choice of raspberry rum
Top with Soda
Garnish – Fresh mint Sprig, Raspberries lime, and 15ml of grenadine
50ml Barcardi Raspberry Rum
4 raspberries (two to muddle and two for garnish)
3 Lime Wedges
6 mint leaves
1 tbsp sugar
15ml Grenadine
Crushed Ice
Notes:
– Can use any fruit alternatives, eg. Strawberry/Blueberries.
– Grenadine helps highlight the colour but can be opted out.
Passionfruit Mojito
Lightly muddle sugar, mint, lime
scoop out a 1/2 Passionfruit, add it to the muddle mix
Add crushed ice
Pour your choice of white rum and passionfruit Liqueurs
Add passionfruit juice
Top with Soda
Garnish – Fresh mint sprig, lime wedge, and 1/2 a passion fruit
50ml Bacardi Carta Blanca White Rum
25ml Passoa Liqueur
50ml Passionfruit juice (we used rubicon)
6 Mint Leaves
3 lime wedges
1 tbsp Sugar
Crushed Ice
Notes
– Adds a tropical twist to a classic.
– Can be replaced with any Liqueurs and juice.
